&lt;Setter TargetName=&quot;Border&quot; Property=&quot;Padding&quot; Value=&quot;0&quot;/&gt;
at line 312 that also seems to work.

P.S. To make html protection happy it is usually enough to replace &lt; and &gt; with &lt; and &gt;.]]></description>
